New "Northern Lights" Concept at the Main Branch of Sberbank in Arkhangelsk Region
The main branch of Sberbank in Arkhangelsk has introduced a new office space concept titled "Northern Lights", inspired by the beauty of northern nature and the region’s unique landmarks. The design project was created by Maria Khramova.
A key feature of the interior is the decorative ceiling system made from Drop Paper® architectural paper. Installed in three distinct zones, it serves not only an aesthetic function but also shapes the atmosphere, enhancing the interior inspired by northern landscapes.
Meeting Room "Solovki"
Green, blue, and purple lamellas visually echo the shimmering hues of the northern lights against the night sky. The dark gray open ceiling intensifies the brightness, creating an effect of magic and mystery.
Meeting Room "Malye Korely"
White lamellas here symbolize a snowstorm. This light and airy design evokes the winter blizzards of the Arkhangelsk region, setting the mood for productive dialogue and sparking creative thinking.
Meeting Room "White Sea"
On the second floor, white lamellas arranged around a round light fixture mimic the ripples on water sparkling in the sunlight. This zone fosters calm, harmonious communication and inspires fresh ideas.
The Paper Design ceilings at Sberbank’s Arkhangelsk office are more than just a design choice — they are a creative reflection of the region’s nature and culture, creating a truly unique atmosphere for work.
